As you may remember from my bitching and moaning, today Ravi and I took the dread Basic Theory Test. This was likely our one chance to take and pass it (pass it, in this case meaning a score of 90 or better…a minimum of 45 out of 50 questions correct) before our one-year grace period was over. We procrastinated to sign up for it, procrastinated studying, and then crammed like mad in the days leading up to it. We were both nervous walking into the testing room today, unsure if we would (or could) pass this monster.
I am happy to report that both of us passed! Ravi with a perfect score of 50 out of 50 and myself with a 47 out of 50.
What a relief!
We’ll need to return to a test center when the conversion counter is open, but apart from the usual red tape, we are good to go.
